It didn't start as a program — it started as a single exit door that needed fixing at one Nahdi branch in Jeddah. That first small job is easy to overlook in hindsight, but it's the one that mattered most: it put Jazaaco's name on file with one of Saudi Arabia's largest pharmacy retail networks, and it gave the team a chance to show up, do the work properly, and leave the branch running exactly as it should. The next call came for a maintenance visit. Then an electrical panel. Then a full branch renovation. Before long, the calls weren't for one branch anymore — they were coming in from across the city, for problems that had nothing in common except that Nahdi trusted the same team to solve them.

By the time the program had run its course, Jazaaco had been inside more than 40 different branches and clinic sites — Safa, Rawdah, Obhur, Almira, the Wellness branch, the warehouse, and dozens more — each with its own version of the same underlying challenge: keep a live retail pharmacy open, safe, and presentable while the work happens around it. Some visits were quick — a water tank swap, a set of handrails, a light fitting. Others were far bigger: a diesel tank installed from scratch, an entire fire-fighting system replaced branch-wide, ACP cladding stripped and reinstalled on a facade that had seen better days. No two work orders looked alike, and that was the point — Nahdi wasn't hiring Jazaaco for one skill, it was leaning on Jazaaco as the team that could be handed almost anything and be trusted to bring the right trade to the job.

Execution:

Because every branch on the list was a live, operating pharmacy — and in some cases a clinic seeing patients — nothing could be planned the way it would be on an empty construction site. Renovations and cladding work were scheduled around store hours; electrical panel changeovers were timed for the quietest part of the day; maintenance and repair calls were run as same-day, in-and-out visits so a branch was never closed longer than it had to be. Nahdi dealt with one point of contact regardless of which branch called or what the problem was, which meant new work orders could be picked up fast, without re-explaining the account to a new contractor every time.

Results:

By the numbers, this became 47 completed work orders across more than 30 branches and clinic locations — but the number that matters more is the one behind it: Nahdi kept calling. For a young company, that's the real outcome of this program. It wasn't won on a single big contract; it was earned one exit door, one water tank, one renovation at a time, until being on-call for Nahdi's Jeddah branches was simply how things worked. Every other project on this list started with something already standing — a branch, an office, a facility that needed fixing, upgrading, or renovating. Petromin was different: this one started with an empty site. A petrol pump station and an attached car service center had to be built from the ground up, which meant Jazaaco was responsible for the whole arc of the project — not walking into someone else's building, but handing one over.

Execution:

As a ground-up build, this ran on a construction sequence rather than a maintenance schedule — civil works, utilities, and fit-out carried through in order, ending in a facility ready to open its doors for fuel retail and vehicle servicing.

Results:

This is the project that lets Jazaaco say "we built this from nothing" rather than "we fixed this up" — and for a young company, that distinction matters on a portfolio. It's the clearest evidence yet that the company can be trusted with a full build, start to finish, not just the renovation and maintenance work that makes up most of its track record so far.

Work was sequenced around the office's normal operating hours so Almarai's staff could keep working through the renovation rather than relocating or pausing operations.

Getting inside — and being trusted inside — the corporate offices of a company the size of Almarai is a different kind of credibility than branch or industrial work. It tells the next corporate client considering Jazaaco that this isn't just a facilities-maintenance company; it's one that's already worked inside the offices of one of the region's largest FMCG names.

Execution:

The renovation team and the Production House division worked from the same brief throughout, so design decisions and construction realities were resolved on the spot rather than bouncing between separate companies.

This is the project worth leading with whenever Jazaaco is pitching its multi-division model — it's proof, not just a claim, that a client can get renovation, design, and production under one roof here. Larger, more established contractors are often boxed into a single lane; this is the job that shows Jazaaco isn't.

Walking onto Saudi Cable's Industrial Area site was a different kind of job for a team that had spent most of its time inside pharmacy branches and retail spaces. There's no foot traffic to work around on an industrial floor, but there are forklifts, production lines, and a facility that can't afford unplanned downtime — a different set of things to be careful about. The first ask was straightforward general maintenance. From there, the scope grew into the kind of work that only comes once a client decides they can hand you something with real consequence if it goes wrong: a diesel tank, supplied and installed at Industrial Area-01, sitting close enough to live operations that there was no room for a careless install.

Alongside it came the less glamorous but equally necessary work — painting to keep facility structures protected, and a steel door installed for site access and security. None of it was headline construction, but all of it mattered to a facility that runs every day of the year.

Execution:

Every visit was coordinated directly with Saudi Cable's operations team first — what could run during production hours, what needed a shutdown window, and where the diesel tank installation in particular needed extra care given its proximity to active manufacturing. Nothing was scheduled on Jazaaco's clock alone; it moved around the plant's.

Results:

This is a small file in terms of line items, but a big one in terms of what it opened up: it's the account that moved Jazaaco from "renovates pharmacy branches" to "can be trusted on an active industrial floor." For a startup building out an Industrial Supplies division, that shift matters more than the size of any single job on the list — it's the credibility that gets Jazaaco a seat at the table for bigger industrial maintenance contracts going forward.

How it started :

Najran isn't Jeddah — and that was the whole challenge of this one before a single wall went up. No local branch to lean on, no familiar suppliers around the corner, just a site, a brief to build a functioning laboratory, and a team that had to plan the entire logistics chain — materials, transport, coordination — from a few hundred kilometers away. It's the kind of project that either exposes a young company's limits or proves it can operate outside its comfort zone. For Jazaaco, it became the latter: a lab built to spec, delivered in a city where the company had no prior footprint.

Execution:

With no local base to work from, planning happened well before mobilization — locking down materials sourcing and transport logistics ahead of time so the on-site build itself wouldn't stall waiting on deliveries from Jeddah.

Results:

This is proof Jazaaco's construction capability travels, not just its maintenance calls — worth expanding on with the lab's intended use, project dates, or photos as they become available, since right now it reads more like a claim than a story, and it deserves the latter.

Three calls came in around the same stretch of time, and none of them were anywhere near each other. Jubail needed electrical manpower to support Aramco-linked operations. Yanbu and Duba needed trench work done. Riyadh — specifically Diriyah — needed fencing. For a company without a large standing workforce to split three ways across the country, the easy answer would have been to pick one and pass on the rest. Jazaaco didn't. Each site got scoped, staffed, and run as its own self-contained job, so that a lean team could be in three regions of the Kingdom in the same window without any one of them being shortchanged.

Execution:

Rather than trying to run one crew across all three sites, each mobilization was treated as its own project — its own scope, its own team, its own timeline — so that distance between Jubail, Yanbu/Duba, and Riyadh never became the bottleneck.

Results:

The result here isn't any single trench dug or fence installed — it's that all three happened at once, without Jazaaco having to say no to one of them. The Jubail work in particular put Jazaaco's manpower supply capability in front of the Aramco supply chain, even indirectly through SSG Group, which is exactly the kind of reference a startup wants when it's trying to build a name in oil & gas and industrial infrastructure. It's a small set of jobs individually, but together they tell a story about a company willing to go wherever the work is.
